A choice of five sheer face fabrics.	Sheer fabrics, valances and vanes are 100% polyester for great durability and easy care.
Angelica is an elegant, traditional sheer with the look of voile.	Stria has a light touch that looks sophisticated with its clean, crisp lines.
Linéa is a soft-textured, fine-lined sheer.	Batiste mimics the look of fine-spun muslin that fits well in casual settings.
Filigree, with its soft scrolls, gives light a pattern to play off.	Each of these fabrics has its own distinctive palette of colors, ranging from neutral to subtle tones.
EVENING STAR® - FOR ALL THE PRIVACY YOU WANT! All sheer face fabrics come with integral, semi-opaque vanes to provide a great deal of privacy and a broad range of light control. But if you have a need for complete privacy and maximum room-darkening, you can order our Luminette® Evening Star™ sheers.
Opaque polyester vanes block over 99% of outside light. However, light leakage may occur around edges and between individual vanes.	Ideal choice for bedrooms and other room-darkening applications.
Angelica, Stria or Linéa fabrics softly filter light when vanes are open.	Matching Luminette fabric by the yard is available.

SOFTRAK™ SYSTEM
This exclusive system is reliable and easy to operate. Pulling the cord causes scissors on the top of the rod to expand (Fig. 2a) or compress (Fig. 2b), covering or uncovering the window opening. Consistent vane spacing is maintained during operation.

Turning the wand rotates the fabric vanes, from fully open to fully closed, and can be stopped at any position in between (Fig. 3).

COMBINATION WAND AND CORD
Our innovative combination wand and cord allows your customer to use a single control to traverse the fabric or rotate the vanes (Fig. 4).

AUTOMATIC
VANE ALIGNMENT
If a vane becomes misaligned, it can easily be repositioned using the wand. Simply rotate the vanes first to one side, and then to the other to realign the vanes.

VERSATILITY
Luminette® sheers are available in side stack or split stack designs. Side stacks may be specified to draw open to the left or right side; split stacks draw open to both sides equally (Fig. 5). Either type of design can be mounted inside or outside the opening.

WAND PLACEMENT
With side stack designs, the wand must be placed on the side where the fabric stacks. With split stack designs, the wand may be placed on either side.

CENTER GAP
The center gap is the distance between fabric panels of a split stack design when the vanes are closed.

Center gap: Up to 1/4"

VANE CLOSURE GAP
When vanes are closed, they always overlap but they may not always touch. The vane closure gap is the maximum distance between closed, overlapping vanes.

Vane closure gap: Up to 1/2"

The return gap is the distance from the rear of the end treatment to the rear of the installation bracket

TILTBACK
The Luminette® fabric is attached to the tilt reduction pinion clips in the center of the vanes to provide complete privacy when the vanes are fully rotated in either direction.
The additional weight of the face fabric in front causes the sheer to hang at a slight angle, called "tiltback." This is an inherent characteristic of the product.
